WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD UNLESS WE HAVE THE ITEM IN-STOCK AND PROCESS IT FOR SHIPMENT. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS UP TO DATE.

CURBSIDE ORDERS WILL BE HELD FOR 90 DAYS. We do allow exceptions and extensions, please call and speak with a manager or email sgrecordsandmore@gmail.com

We ship within 1-2 Business Days if an item is in stock. Please allow time for delivery to our locations for pre-orders and special orders. Pre-orders will be processed on or near the release date, this includes payement see below for details about payment. In some cases we will wait to ship bulk or multiple orders to consolidate shipping charges.

Once shipped please allow 5-7 days for delivery of First Class/Media Mail and 2-4 days for Priority Mail.

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of your receipt for defective, damaged, or wrong items shipped. We are flexible on extenuating circumstances so please reach out to sgrecordsandmore@gmail.com if you need to discuss a return.

We will send you a replacement if one is available. Otherwise we will issue a full refund.

$100+ Free Shipping Orders - Under some circumstances we reserve the right to charge shipping if you cancel orders to below $100. We will make exceptions if we are forced to cancel an item due to availability issues. If you've placed multiple orders and you allow us time to consolidate them into one order for which the some is $100 you will still receive free shipping. Those who place $100 orders and show a pattern of problematic cancellations will be charged for shipping. We reserve this right, thank you.

Returns:

We accept returns for defective or incorrect product sent only.

Please hold on to your original packaging and contact us for a free return shipping label. The shipping label will need to be printed within 24 hours. Simply affix this to the original packaging and drop it off at your local post office or with your postal carrier.

Due to increased shipping fees return labels will be free for one item per order. Multipe item returns will be based on weight and shipping distance. Please contact us for details.

You are also welcome to return or exchange your item in-store!

Refunds:

Refunds are only offered for defective items for which we do not have a replacment. Refunds will be processed upon our receiving the returned item(s), and we will credit your original payment method within 48-72 hours.

Web Order/Special Order Disclaimer:

We all love Vinyl, CDs, and Film, and so much comes out in limited editions and quantities. For your web orders, pre-orders, and special orders we will attempt to source as much inventory as possible to fulfill as many orders for as many customers as possible.

In some cases orders will be allocated to one per customer to ensure we are helping as many customers as we can. Under some circumstances, our distributors may cut the inventory we do order, or they will have sold out completely. Please understand that due to the nature of limited vinyl a pre-order is a spot in-line to potentially secure an exclusive release. We do not guarantee each and every pre-order will be fulfilled, this is why we do not take payement upfront. Please see PAYMENT section below.

Please be aware we reserve the right to cancel orders under ANY circumstances. Thank you!

CAUTION ABOUT ORDERING IN BULK!!! Bulk orders are multiples of one item. We are not a wholesaler. Due to our fluctuating pricing and inventory controls, we reserve the right to cancel or decline orders if listed prices do not match our cost.

CAUTION ABOUT PRICES FOR WEB ORDERS: As it applies to bulk orders, we fluctuate our pricing depending on our inventory or condition of items.

Items that are marked down will be cancelled if cost exceeds the listed price.

PAYMENT. Due to the limited nature of some releases here’s another quick disclaimer:

We do not charge your payment method until we are able to secure the appropriate inventory to fulfill your order. We only charge your payment method as we are processing your order for shipment. Please make sure your payment method is valid at the release date, when we are due to receive your special order or at the time of your order if we have the item in-stock.
